My case was non-standard as the house I was buying was derelict and it was not possible to get a mortgage on the house in the early stage of the process. In addition, the seller of the house was a corporation. Joanna carefully guided me through the process and was able to problem solve as each issue arose. Joanna was attentive, and responsive to my many queries. I very much appreciate how Joanna brought a practical approach to my case and protected my interests. I would happily use Joanna and YVA again.
