Listed law firms are responsible for:

Maintaining the accuracy of their information
Promptly notifying us of any changes to their contact details or circumstances
Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Managing their own client relationships and services

4. Reviews and Ratings

Reviews displayed on LawFirms.co.uk are collected from Google reviews. On unverified listings they are up to five reviews returned for the firm by Google, shown with Google's overall rating and review total for the firm; on Verified Law Firm listings they are reviews the firm has received on Google, supplied by the firm.

We do not edit or endorse reviews. We will remove a review at the request of its author, and we reserve the right to remove any review we believe to be fraudulent, inappropriate, or in breach of these Terms.

5. Payment and Refunds

Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of payment.

No refunds will be issued after the 24-hour period, as firms begin receiving advertising benefits immediately upon listing.

6. No Guarantees

We explicitly make no guarantees regarding:

Client enquiries or leads
Search engine ranking improvements
Business success or outcomes
Quality of legal services provided by listed firms

Such factors are beyond our control and depend on various external variables.

7. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for:

Any damages, losses, or costs incurred from using services of listed law firms
Errors or inaccuracies in firm listings, despite our best efforts to maintain accuracy
Business losses, including loss of revenue, profits, or anticipated savings
Any indirect or consequential losses
Any claims arising from the use of our directory

This limitation of liability applies to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

We do not share contact details or personal information with third parties.

User enquiries are made directly with law firms.

In the event of acquisition or merger, firm details may be transferred to the acquiring entity to ensure service continuity.
