But unfortunately her assistant wasn’t.
We were told the day before the proposed complication date that we had a huge missing bit of information.
This had been an issue for a week with no update unless constant emails from our side asking questions.
I had to chase for my funds on the 5th day of the 3-5 day transfer window which was met with an attitude.
