No hello, no kind regards, just retain me for the whole process or I'm not saying nothing because it would be 'pro bono'. I was enquiring about fees for a consultation, nothing pro bono about it. Stereotypical arrogant lawyers...
Update : A week later the solictor in question apologised in writing.
