Samantha was my Conveyancer on my recent property transaction and she was excellent. Communications were replied to quickly, and if Samantha was not available, Joe would get back to me instead. All emails were replied to same day or next day. The whole team were courteous, professional, and friendly and I couldn't have asked for any more.

My solicitor was excellent throughout the entire process, incredibly efficient, professional, proactive and organised. Buying a house can be a very stressful experience, but their communication and attention to detail made the process feel much more manageable and reassuring.

We worked with Amr, who was extremely thorough and demonstrated a strong attention to detail throughout the process. He identified several issues and points for clarification that could easily have been overlooked by a less experienced conveyancer, which gave us confidence that our interests were being properly protected. Matters were generally dealt with efficiently, and our purchase completed successfully.
Conveyancing can be a complex process, particularly where there are additional matters that need to be investigated, and we appreciated the care taken to ensure everything was properly addressed. While we would occasionally have welcomed a little more explanation and reassurance along the way, all of our queries were dealt with promptly and professionally.
Overall, we were very pleased with the service we received and would recommend Winston Solicitors to anyone looking for a thorough, diligent and professional conveyancing service.
