Where he is an executor of a will, they have obtained probate for him efficiently, promptly and for a fair fee which is quoted at commencement. He works regularly with Abi and she is always available to answer any questions. He has no hesitation in recommending Simon and Abi.

She was incredibly professional, easy to contact (never had to chase), explained things clearly and the transaction could not have been smoother.
The quote provided was clear and comprehensive. They are perhaps not the cheapest around however, the service is worth every penny. I have learnt my lesson having used online, faceless conveyancers in the past who may have been cheaper but have caused several headaches.
We would not hesitate to recommend Willans to friends and family and will use them in the future if required. Thank you.
