Ruth and her team at Wilkin Chapman Rollits were wonderful. From the first call I felt listened to and understood. Ruth explained everything in plain English and was calmly firm when it mattered. We reached a fair outcome, and she also helped put changes in place to protect others. I am so grateful for her care and determination.

I've called round a few places in Lincoln to assess my options, but I can honestly say that Katherine went above and beyond to try to help me.
She outlined my options and was clear about the pros and cons of each, even with regards to options that meant I wouldn't need a solicitor at all. She was kind, professional, and just generally a lovely person. I left our conversation feeling much less bewildered and with a solid plan of what to do next.
I cannot recommend her enough. She's a credit to her company and I wouldn't hesitate to use Wilkin Chapman if I have the misfortune of being involved in a dispute again in the future. Thank you, Katherine!

I wanted to write another review after another great experience of selling my property and buying another. Many thanks to Jo Sworder, Kelly Flear and Sarah Whinnerah for the very professional service and great communication throughout. Very lovely people. I can't recommend this team enough.
