What really stood out was their local knowledge of Birmingham City Council's Right to Buy process. That is something many solicitors are unlikely to have, and it made a real difference when dealing with the specific requirements and delays that can arise.
A special thank you to Danyaal, Noor and Haroon for their hard work and support throughout the transaction. They were always courteous, responsive and happy to answer my questions. They kept me updated, explained the legal process clearly and worked to move the purchase forward efficiently.
