In addition to these inaccuracies, communication response times have been consistently slow, typically taking up to a week. Despite previously highlighting these specific errors, they remain uncorrected in the latest version that take me to wait another week. This lack of attention to detail and slow response rate indicates a significant gap in service quality and care.
