I highly recommend Whitestone solicitors Mohammed Ubaid was absolutely outstanding all round. His communication was exceptional from start to finish, always keeping me in the loop. Thanks to his hard work, he successfully won me compensation for the damages and mould in my apartment. I couldn't be happier with the result!
View this review on GoogleUnfortunately had to contact a firm regarding disrepair of a Social housing property and Mohammed Ubaid was assigned my case.
He provided ongoing instructions where necessary as the matter quickly because more complex, which was helpful.
Unfortunately, requests for information & engagement by ourselves was not acknowledged by the landlord - however they did eventually settle at a very low amount.
Grateful for his support along the process, however the percentage deduction is / was more than expected.

View this review on GoogleI was transferred to Whitestone Solicitors during a tenancy deposit case a few days before the hearing because the old firm I was with went out of business, so things were very chaotic and it was pretty terrifying.
Thankfully, due to the urgency of my situation, the case was prioritised and picked up very quickly by Mohammed Ubaid who did a great job reassuring me, and continuing after we got adjourned due to an issue arising from the previous firm's handling of the case.
I had good communication and advice until we settled out of court, with him pushing for a better deal than I thought I'd be able to get, and it definitely saved a lot of stress and time waiting. Overall I was in good hands.
