Any concerns or questions I had were dealt with quickly, and as soon as the search results or enquiries came back, they wasted no time in progressing everything on their side. Conveyancing can often be a lengthy and frustrating process, but they did everything they could to keep things moving as quickly and efficiently as possible.
A special mention to Naimur, who is undoubtedly a very knowledgeable paralegal. Based on my experience, I think a training contract should definitely be on the cards!

They were both very prompt professional and efficient from start to finish, which is exactly why I returned to them despite having other recommendations and will be using them for my future purchases.
Their attention to detail was very stringent and thorough, ensuring everything was handled carefully and correctly throughout the process. Communication was always clear updates were provided regularly and, most importantly, they were always available to take phone calls whenever needed!

The human element of customer care is very much there in this business. There was so much that was uncertain and so many companies involved. They are highly experienced in leasehold / conveyance matters and will always do the best thing to protect you. There was a few parts of my purchase that they raised as a potential concern. The fact they mention those things to allow you to make a decision is really good, nothing goes un noticed or unspoken about. It’s all about protecting the clients, lenders & making sure they maintain professionalism throughout. I always had timely replies from the team as well. Thank you Westgate!
