Laura highlighted a couple of unusual potential issues associated with the property arising from searches but negated them on my behalf. I feel confident that a professional job was done before we completed.
Katie is a joy to work with, always quick to respond (which matters to impatient clients), and very efficient. Always happy to clarify any issues and explain the ongoing procedures.
