I've used Ware & Kay, specifically Holly and Gill, a few times now for conveyancing/Help to Buy redemption and have always been incredibly happy with the service. Holly and Gill are both really clear and prompt in their communications and they're really proactive in keeping in touch as well and keeping you up to date. We hit a few complications at the end of the sale and Gill was amazing, she really took the burden off me and was incredibly persistent in getting everything through, keeping me informed and importantly keeping me trusting in the process which kept my spirits up! You really feel that they care about their clients. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

We had a few things to negotiate along the way but with Holly and Gill’s expertise and knowledge we knew that we were in good hands! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend using Ware & Kay solicitors for a sale or purchase of a property, you won’t find a better service from anyone else! You always get a return call or reply email to any questions that you might have, usually the same day, which these days is unusual. We definitely wouldn’t use any other solicitors!

They were professional, kept me informed throughout, and extremely proactive in making sure the sale went through as quickly as possible. Because of other factors in the sale, it wasn't as smooth as it could have been, but Holly and Simone took the weight off my shoulders! Fantastic service and I can't recommend them enough.
