Wards in Keynsham have supported me in dealing with my father's estate. The service has been prompt and exemplary. There are delays but that is attributable to the process as a whole not anything that Wards have done or not done. I have appreciated the support and candour of the partner I have been working with - it has made it a great deal easier.
View this review on GoogleI rang to seek advice with deeds the initial receptionist was very nice, she took our number as she did not deal with deeds and had a coworker return our call who did deal with deeds. The lady who returned the call was very abrupt boardline rude and from the moment she spoke you could sense her unwillingness to want to help or just generally be a nice person.
