View this review on GoogleWe recently used Walker Solicitors for the purchase of a new house, alongside the added complexity of a part exchange involving another property. Rebecca handled our case and went above and beyond throughout the entire process to help us complete successfully.
The property we were part exchanging was a city centre leasehold flat with a number of complications. This required an additional solicitor to be involved, who unfortunately proved more of a blocker than a help. On many occasions, Rebecca provided support and guidance not only on the purchase she was managing, but also where the other solicitors were being difficult or unresponsive.
Due to the issues surrounding the flat, the process took years through no fault of Walker Solicitors. Despite this, Rebecca’s level of engagement never dropped, if anything, she became even more determined to help us get the transaction over the line.
During the final stages there were multiple parties involved, including estate agents, solicitors and management companies, and Rebecca effectively project managed everyone towards a successful outcome.
Rebecca was also supported by a fantastic office team. Everyone involved kept us informed in a timely manner without needing to be chased.
We would confidently recommend Walker Solicitors to anyone, particularly where a property transaction is likely to be more complex than usual.
