This review is about a letter I asked them to write on my behalf. Today I would put zero star if I could. A letter should not take years to write on behalf of a client, I will update about my money refund request.

What a joke.
Rarely took the initiative to call me or respond to my emails, I always had to call. One email hasn't been replied to in SIX YEARS.
Ombudsman in process.
Don't pay them up front, don't fall for the fake charm or assurances.
Total waste of money - and the lease extension was never completed
