I fully recommend Mahadi and his team at Vivash Brand Solicitors to anyone having to deal with Leases (Deed of Surrender, Renewal leases) etc.
As a landlord, I deal with these every few years. In my recent end of tenancy case, the team were brilliant in making sure all the outstanding repair work had been done and the property cleaned to my satisfaction before they could move on to completion. The process took a long time but the solicitors were steadfast, did not compromise, and got me the best outcome. They also got all rent and insurance arrears paid up to, and including, the day of completion.
I had absolutely no interactions with the tenant, the team did everything on my instructions with Mahadi’s guidance.
I honestly feel this is the team for every landlord.

The team were excellent, Ms Folakemi kept me updated through the process, always willing to respond to my enquiries and provided clarification on issues that were of concern. Even when I had limited time to find alternative accommodation and worried, the team were very proactive, made sure the whole process went through swiftly without any delay which was a big relief. Thank you once again Ms Folakemi Emmanuel and her team for their professionalism and excellent communication.

However, Folakemi and her team in Vivash Brand exceeded all our expectations and made conveyancing look like a very easy task. Folakemi was professional, thoughtful and supportive, as well as hands on to provide me with reliable and helpful information/ advice all through the process. Her thoughtfulness and thoroughness made her discover issues that helped me avoid buying an initial property that would have likely given me unexpected liabilities post purchase. I was grateful for this and glad we were eventually able to make a success of a better property find and purchase after.
Although Benjamin joined towards the end, he was professional, got up to speed quickly and helped see it through to the end on the day, smoothly and successfully.
