Everything was explained to me along the process as I didn't really understand it, they were fast in responding and everything was just very clear. I was getting a lot of pressure from the buyers solicitor and their estate agent on things they knew I had no control over in the process and my solicitor was so strict with them and I feel that I was really protected the entire time.
