This case was one of the darkest and most frightening times in my life. There were moments I felt completely broken, overwhelmed, and unsure of what my future would hold. But through it all, they never once made me feel alone.
They believed in me when I felt like everything was against me. They listened without judgment, supported me with kindness, and gave me strength when I felt like I had none left. Their compassion went far beyond their roles as solicitors—they treated me like a person who mattered, not just a case.

View this review on GoogleI had a Trainee rostered as Duty Solicitor. Friendly and good communicator, but I was not made to feel like they were 100% on my side / correct evaluation of the evidence/case. Given that the hourly fee is ~£130, I would have thought that getting 100% behind a client (or at least acting as such) is top priority. My own assessment of the facts was more optimistic (and accurate) than was provided for a cost of ~£230.
If ever in need again, I would spend the extra time finding one myself and not go for the "duty" option.
