I met a member of staff yesterday for help with possible representation. The first guy I spoke to was brilliant, very understanding and polite however the man I met yesterday was rude, derogatory and some what discriminatory, it was as if he took one look at me and made his mind up then proceeded to tear me down. I was in tears 3 times and went home anxious, depressed and with dark thoughts, luckily i'm fine but still deeply offended and shocked. His comment on my BMI was beyond shocking and left me in disbelief, I was totally stunned and still am. If he didn't believe what I had told him and didn't think he could represent me that's fine. What wasn't fine was the beratement and rude and offensive things he said. And for the record this review was written with assistance from another person just like my letter. There will be a complaint logged shortly. Disgusted, he shouldn't be in that job.
View this review on GoogleThe vauxhall law Centre as been a great help to me over the years. mr Taylor has helped me no end great work lovely people. last year a young lady name esther sills helped me just wonding if they are still open have been phoning for just on 4 weeks leaving my name and phone number and problem on answer machine which says they will get back as soon as possible or could they point me in another direction it needs to be sorted in the nest day or two thanks
