Buying a property can be overwhelming, but working with Valentine Duggins made the entire process seamless. Margaret were exceptionally responsive, kept me clear and updated every step of the way, and handled all legal aspects with total professionalism. I felt in safe hands throughout. I couldn't have asked for better support and would definitely use their services again and again and again.

View this review on GoogleTerrible conveyancing service received when purchasing a house locally. I asked for a completion date, which they agreed would be possible & never pushed it through in a timely manner, whilst blaming the other solicitors involved.
View this review on GoogleMargaret & Nerys are outstandingly professional and helpful. I was kept updated at every stage of my house sale. They took the time to explain a lot of legal jargon. They made the process extremely smooth. I can鈥檛 thank them enough for their hard work .
View this review on GoogleAs an estate agent owner, we have been using VD conveyancing for many years and have always been more than happy with Margaret and the team.
More recently we have been using Martyn for assistance with evictions/ tenant issues - and again he has been exceptionally helpful.
Highly recommended.
