I have now completed two property transactions with Indika Kommalage at Unique Solicitors, and I cannot recommend him highly enough.
The first transaction was the purchase of my 3-bedroom freehold residential house in London Zone 3 in March 2025. From the beginning, Indika gave us complete confidence by thoroughly checking every detail and explaining everything clearly. His attention to detail and commitment to protecting our interests was outstanding.
The second transaction was an auction property purchase, with the auction taking place in April 2026 and completion in May 2026. Anyone who has bought at auction knows how challenging and time-sensitive the process can be. Indika's guidance throughout the process was exceptional.
