View this review on GoogleI have recently had the pleasure of instructing Amanda on a complex child arrangement case following a finding of fact hearing with a previous solicitor. This is a particularly complex case with media involvement, which has added significant pressure and scrutiny.
Although Amanda is relatively junior, she is absolutely incredible. The advice she provides, her response times, the way she keeps me informed, and her pragmatic approach to the issues in my case are simply exceptional.
Amanda has successfully secured legal aid for me and ensured my barrister was fully briefed for my hearing today. She has gone the extra mile to meet my needs as an autistic client, demonstrating remarkable understanding and consideration. Although we had a few troubles at the start of our house purchase, Rashid stepped in and completely turned the experience around for us. He was absolutely amazing from start to finish – incredibly efficient, proactive, and always on top of every detail. His communication was outstanding; he kept us informed at every stage and explained everything clearly, which gave us so much reassurance during what can be a stressful process. Thanks to Rashid, our experience with TV Edwards was extremely positive, and we genuinely felt supported throughout the journey.
We would also like to give a special mention to Juanita, who took our worries so seriously and treated any concern with care and attention. She was so helpful, understanding, and truly amazing, which made a huge difference to us. View this review on GoogleVery disappointing. Housing team solicitor Simon gave me the wrong legal advice. I was recommended this place by the courts duty team Mary Ward- I was given the impression there could be a bias and conflict of interest. One of many red flags was minimising the urgency and facts of my case to favour the landlord solicitors Devonshires-, like telling me risk to health was not seen as such by the eyes of the court. I would not recommend at all.
Do not expect expect legal advice or support that mirror the laws of this country.
They also do not recognise the needs of disabled people.
View this review on GoogleMy experience is the housing department does not operate as a trust worthy firm. At first I thiught it was legal aid but its not that. It is because the TV Edwards solicitors take advantage of the fact one has minimal legal knowledge and will deliberatly downplay the merits of your case.
I leave this feedback to warn anyone to be mindful that you will not get the outcome requested instead an outcome that favours the landlord.
Avoid this place. Not ethical.
