We have recently used Mariana through Trethowans to represent us for the legal side of both selling our current property and buying our next. Mariana's communication, professionalism and friendly approachable person meant that this was an extremely smooth process from start to finish. Mariana always kept us up to date with the process. Always responded promptly to emails and phone calls and we went from selling to completion in approx 12 weeks. We cannot thank her enough.
Regarding Trethowans as a company, we previously have used this solicitors for buying our first house and they were flawless, hence why we have come back.
Thankyou Mariana. Thankyou Trethowans
View this review on GoogleI have had several legal dealings with Trethowans, and in particular with Jenni, one of the Partners, including a rather complex lease and purchase of a commercial building I was an owner of. In all of our dealings Jenni was always timely in her response to my enquiries and extremely diligent in all of her legal undertakings. I would not hesitate to recommend the company for legal representation.
View this review on GoogleMy mother and I have been delighted with the care and attention to our affairs following my father's death that Andrew and his team, and subsequently Harriet, who handled conveyancing issues, have provided. They have been efficient, professional and above all considerate at this difficult time. Thank you all.
View this review on GoogleLorna Secker at Trethowans has been extremely helpful throughout the process of my mother's selling her house. I'd readily recommend her services.
View this review on GoogleCharlotte Carroll at Trethowans has been amazing. As first time buyers of a house together, my partner and I needed loads of guidance and advice and we had so many questions. Charlotte has been so helpful all the way through and effortlessly took all the stress and pressure off us. She handled the process with such care, professionalism, and attention to detail and it was never too much trouble for her to take the time to explain everything to us. Our purchase went smoothly and was achieved on the completion date we asked for. We would have no hesitation in recommending Trethowans. Thank you Charlotte and Lauren!
