Solicitors.. Dealt with my shop lease ‚very much communicative updating me at every stage ,highly efficient and very professional. Dr. Amir personally oversees every case, which gave me real confidence from the start. Unlike other solicitors I had dealt with previously, the advice was always honest, straightforward and based entirely on the facts and the documents provided. I was never given false hope—every possible outcome was explained clearly, and their predictions of how matters would progress were remarkably accurate.
The team reviews every case meticulously. If anything is missing or could cause an issue, they tell you at the beginning rather than leaving surprises until the last minute. Their communication throughout was excellent, and I always felt fully informed.
I own several buy-to-let properties, so I regularly deal with property purchases, sales, conveyancing and difficult tenant issues.
