I phoned up and asked if I could speak with someone regarding a conveyancing matter. The receptionist said rather abrupty that they do not have any appointments at present and that I should call back in three weeks time. I replied that I will give another solicitor a call and she just said 'thank you' and put the phone down on me. No attempt was made to get my contact details or the nature of my enquiry.
Not a good first impression. Traymans must be doing good business if they can just easily dismiss potential new customers in an offhand and rude manner.

View this review on GoogleThis is the worst solicitors ive ever used. They never done what they was supposed to do and told me it was all my fault. So i used another solicitor who helped me to the very end and advised me that the people in traymans are slack and not doing their job properly.
