Claudia was absolutely exceptional in her, professionalism, respect, courtesy and understanding in every part of the process, especially for people who were completely alien to it all, resulting in a smooth and seamless transaction thanks to her and the rest of the team. It was a complicated transaction as we were part-exchanging a leasehold property, but the whole team were brilliant from start to finish.
