View this review on GoogleIf I had the option to give negative stars, I would. Tonner Jhones Ratti Solicitors were extremely disappointing from start to finish.
It took them over a year to transfer a lease, and throughout that time they repeatedly asked for additional fees with no clear justification. When I initially asked how long the lease transfer would take, I was later told—astonishingly—that it could take up to 10 years.
Communication was poor and unhelpful. On one occasion, I called simply to clarify an email they had sent, and instead of explaining, they kept repeating that “everything was mentioned in the email,” offering no assistance or clarification whatsoever.
Overall, they were unprofessional, slow, and unhelpful. If you are a landlord or anyone dealing with a property matter involving this firm, I strongly advise you to stay away.
