I can highly recommend Tivoli Legal. They have been absolutely outstanding in supporting us through the equity release process.
From start to finish, they were incredibly informative and extremely professional and friendly. Their communication was excellent – they took the time to really listen to our issues and concerns. They explained everything clearly in plain, easy-to-understand language and kept us updated both verbally and through their excellent app. This made a huge difference, especially when communicating with older family members. We were particularly grateful for their face-to-face availability which helped provide even more support and comfort.
Their efficiency, patience, and reassurance genuinely took a great deal of worry and pressure of a stressful situation, off our shoulders.
