My wife and I chose Tinklin Springall to review and update our wills, having had very good experiences with them as conveyancing solicitors.
The person allocated to us was very approachable, friendly but professional. She listened carefully to our wishes and concerns and advised accordingly.
The wills were drawn up and signed promptly, having given us the opportunity to discuss them face to face and to fully understand the contents.
View this review on GoogleI just used Tinklin Springall to buy and sell a house in Beckenham. I had the pleasure of working with Karen du Rocher who was exceptional. She is not only supremely experienced and knowledgeable but a calm and thoughtful voice when needed. She's also incredibly responsive (not always the case with conveyancing professionals) and I valued her counsel every step of the way.
Now settled into my new home and thankful I used Tinklin Springall. I highly recommend them as a firm, and Karen will be my go to for future sales/purchases.

Everything was handled efficiently and within the expected timeframes, and I was kept informed at each stage of the process. I really appreciated their clear communication and support, which made what can be a stressful process much smoother.

Communication was excellent and I found them very proactive in moving the process along. A special thank you to Maria in the conveyancing department who was very reassuring throughout the sale and a pleasure to do business with. This is the second time we have chosen her and also recommended her to our daughter. On all three occasions she was very professional. Each time we had a question she would come straight back to us. Our recent sale was a nightmare chain but with the help of Maria she kept us sane in the knowledge that she really cared and wanted everything to run as smoothly as possible for us. She went above and beyond for us and even came into work on her day off to make sure our exchange happened. We would recommend anyone to use her services.
