Amanda has picked up this case in the absence of peers and has communicated really well, clarified boundaries, responsibilities, provided sound advice and got closure in the space of about 6 weeks. If it was a review of individuals I would give Amanda 5 stars.

Paula and her team did everything they could to take the burden of this process away, supporting us throughout. The claim was recently brought to a satisfactory conclusion.
