The team at Thomas Magney & Co are very supportive and helpful, with our transaction handled by Charlotte. I have to say I couldn’t be more impressed in how Charlotte handled the process from start to finish, with such a professional and personable approach giving me clarity, support and confidence at every stage. Charlotte has been approachable throughout, with genuine commitment to helping us through the process and a great attention to detail giving a clear understanding whenever we needed it.
I would highly recommend Thomas Magnay & Co from the experience we’ve had, with such a professional and reliable service all the way. Plus, a great pleasure in particular from the brilliant support and care Charlotte provided.

Even when there were issues Qaisra was always on hand to answer any questions or carry out what was necessary to keep things moving. What really stood out to me was the speed of response, always there for any query and was not only hugely approachable but extremely knowledgeable able to reassure even when things seemed stressful. If only my previous conveyancing solicitor had been like this!
I would not hesitate to use Qaisra at Thomas Magnay again and would thoroughly recommend this service.
