Thomas Dunton Solicitors and in particular Catherine Crabtree handled my Uncle's estate with sensitivity and efficiency. All the staff were friendly and helpful. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Catherine has looked after my Wills for many years. Her attention to detail is excellent and her consistent ability to correctly interpret my needs is impressive, inspiring both confidence and a conviction to continue to seek her council over the years and in the future .

My parents always trusted Thomas Dunton to handle a number of personal affairs and since my parents have passed i have been subsequently been dealing with Thomas Dunton, namely Catherine Crabtree. View this review on GoogleUnfortunately I had no choice but to complain about the service received from this firm, they advise they will endeavour to find a solution if a complaint is received. Sadly this was not the case, they try and move the blame towards the client. they failed to make any progress to my case over a two year period. But worst was to come, they gave confidential information away to the other side, putting me in danger! The case is now being investigated, I will update once I know the outcome. Therefore Avoid Thomas Dunton Solicitors. (As this is an ongoing case I will not comment further until such time the investigation is completed.)
Update:
The ombudsman has found that Thomas Dunton Solicitors service to be unreasonable.
Thomas Dunton Solicitors have refused to do the decent thing and have refused to issue a full refund for the fees paid.
Sadly, they have also failed to provide an apology for the terrible service received.
Because of this firms failure, our home address has been revealed, and put my family in danger.
