I had already used Taylor Walton 15 years ago to purchase my flat. It made sense to me to go back for my lease extension. Firstly, despite having a Luton phone number, they are local in St Albans. Secondly, Tracey Taylor was excellent. Always communicative and doing her best to serve my needs. I will and have recommended her to my neighbours who are also seeking lease extensions. It turned out that our experience of the change was very good with Paul acting with great speed and efficiency in taking my instructions and diligently dealing with them.
Paul was ably assisted by his colleague Marjan Akther and together we reached a successful conclusion. I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a legal advice in a residential property sale transaction as this was.
