Both nearly fell through due to the incompetence of ‘Elliott Lothian’ who is supposed to be a ‘manger’ & ‘Charlotte Bryant’. Constantly chasing. I complained & it obviously affected my cases, even though they say it wouldn’t!! ‘Elliott Lothian’ also became quite aggressive in asking for a phone call. Which I declined. BE AWARE….
