From start to finish I felt that the team were professional and efficient but also friendly. I loved the seamless system for moving through the legal paperwork to get the sale of my house across the line in a timely manner. And how about this, the sale went through on my birthday and Adam sent me birthday wishes which is really a wonderful personal touch and confirms that you are not "just a client", you are a client that matters. Thank you to Adam, Callum and the rest of the team.
View this review on GoogleEcellent! Adam Barnes handled both our sale and purchase and had us ready to exchange in just six weeks. We were kept in the loop at every stage, and emails were always answered quickly. I cannot recommend TA Matthews enough!
View this review on GoogleThank you Adam Barnes for your excellent work on my behalf .This was my third sale and purchase of properties in the last 10 years, Every time Adam Barnes has been professional and extremely knowledgeable. The buyers of the last property were demanding at times. Adam was calm and supportive keeping the sale on track every step of the way to completion.
I highly recommend Adam and his team for their excellent work, professionalism, kindness, and understanding. Thank you, you were brilliant.
View this review on GoogleWe had Katie work as our conveyancer on the sale of my late mother's house. She kept in touch as the sale progressed and responded quickly to any questions either us or the buyer's solicitors had. Fees were very reasonable too.
