I approached the firm during a very difficult and stressful period in my life. I was referred by an accountant who spoke highly of the services and professionalism offered, so I trusted them to handle what I believed was a straightforward application.
Unfortunately, the application was refused. During one of my final meetings before the application was submitted, I recall an assistant expressing concerns about the strength of my case, while I was reassured that everything was in order and that the application could proceed. Looking back, I wish those concerns had been discussed with me in greater detail so I could have made a more informed decision.
The refusal resulted in significant financial loss for me, which I estimate at around £5,000 when considering professional fees, application costs, and related expenses. More importantly, it caused considerable emotional stress and delayed my ability to reunite with my wife, as I had to wait another year before making a fresh application.
What makes this experience even more frustrating is that after the refusal, I prepared and submitted a new application myself the following year, without legal representation, and my wife was granted the visa. This left me questioning the quality of the advice and service I received, especially given the confidence with which I had originally been told my case was ready to proceed.
Overall, I felt that my case was not assessed with the level of care and expertise I expected. The financial loss, delay, and emotional stress caused by the refusal had a significant impact on my family, and based on my experience, I would not recommend this firm.

Immigration matters are never easy, and when your immigration status, employment and family’s future are involved, the stress can be enormous. Unfortunately, I had to deal with a situation that was much more complicated than a normal visa application. Our company’s sponsor licence was revoked, and this put us in a very difficult and uncertain position. There were serious concerns about what could happen next, not just for the company but also for the sponsored employees and our immigration status.
This was the point where Synthesis Chambers Solicitors really showed their professionalism and expertise.
From the beginning, they took the matter seriously and explained what was happening and what options were available to us. They were very responsive whenever we had questions, and I never felt that we were simply being left to figure things out ourselves. They guided us through the process properly and dealt with the matter in a professional and organised way.
The biggest thing for me was the result. Through their work and representation, our company’s sponsor licence was reinstated within just a few days. Considering how serious the situation was, I honestly could not have asked for a better outcome. The relief we felt after the licence was reinstated was huge because we had been dealing with a lot of uncertainty and worry.

I found the team professional, knowledgeable, approachable and genuinely committed to resolving our situation. They were dealing with a complicated matter where there was a lot at stake, and they managed to achieve a successful result in a very short period of time.
For me, the reinstatement of the sponsor licence within a few days was not just a legal result on paper. It removed a huge amount of stress and uncertainty from our lives and protected our position when we really needed professional help.

The most recently i applied for my parents visas with their help and guidance and as always they are super stars. Muzzamil have always been very approachable, professional and knowledgeable.
