Richard Dennet handled my case with the local authority from PLO to Care Proceedings. I left court with my children, mostly from work by myself but I couldn't of done it without Richard. He's straight to the point, professional but personable. He's experienced and knows exactly what he is talking about, a brilliant solicitor and a wonderful man! Highly recommended. I must say the whole team is great, and communication is brilliant from his secretarys.

Those six years were some of the most emotionally draining and challenging years of my life. Anyone who has been through family court will understand how overwhelming, stressful, and isolating that journey can feel.
For my final hearing, I was represented by Sumaiyah Mohammad, and I truly cannot put into words how grateful I am that she was the person standing beside me on that day.
Even though she only represented me for that final hearing, the difference she made was enormous. From the moment she stepped into my case, she treated it with care, understanding, and genuine compassion. She listened, she understood the weight of the six-year journey behind me, and she made me feel like my voice and my experience truly mattered.
Walking into that courtroom after everything I had been through was incredibly emotional, but having her beside me gave me a sense of calm and reassurance I hadn’t felt in a long time. She was prepared, confident, and completely dedicated to doing the very best for me. In that moment, after so many years of fighting to be heard, I finally felt like I had someone truly advocating for me.
She helped bring closure to a chapter of my life that had taken so much from me, and I will always be grateful for the role she played in helping me finally move forward.
I only wish I had found her sooner in my journey. Anyone going through family court would be incredibly fortunate to have a solicitor like her by their side.
View this review on GoogleI'd leave 1* if I could. Contacted them via their online form on the medical negligence page, providing full details. The next day a staff member rang me and I spent over an hour on the phone going through everything again. Then the next day they just send a very generic email 'further to your recent medical negligence enquiry we are unable to assist you with this matter. No reason why provided, so I reply asking for their reason, to which they will not provide one. Just said they don't provide a reason in writing, but they don't provide a reason at all as they could ring and provide a reason if they don't want to be held to account of writing it down.
I had enquired on a no win no fee basis, so perhaps the cynical side of me, but they clearly don't have confidence in their abilities as if they didn't win the case they'd not get paid. Seems they want the easy wins!
I do actually have insurance to cover legal aid for medical needs from my business insurance it turns out, but i'll save that for a firm that actually cares about potential clients and has some actual customer service.
