Court filings were recorded late or missing, despite me following the timetable I was given.
Communication gaps and shifting responsibility left me feeling blamed for delays that were outside my control.
Handling of evidence bundles created confusion about what was actually before the court.
Fee and counsel arrangements were unclear. Clarification only arrived after I challenged it.
In family cases, where precision and accountability matter, this service was lacking. I would advise others to consider carefully before instructing.
