I cannot recommend Deborah Lawunmi highly enough.
Deborah represented me in a complex employment matter involving sensitive medical issues and employer complications.
Throughout what was an extremely stressful period medically, she was professional, responsive, strategic and genuinely invested in achieving the right outcome.
What impressed me most was her ability to balance robust legal advice with practical commercial judgement.
She challenged points where necessary and remained focused on securing a fair and pragmatic resolution.
Her attention to detail was exceptional, and I always felt that she was fully on top of every aspect of the matter.
Perhaps most importantly, Deborah was a calm and reassuring presence during a very difficult period in my life. I felt listened to, supported and well advised from start to finish.
I would not hesitate to recommend Deborah to anyone seeking employment law advice and representation. What an absolute asset to SW19 Lawyers.
