It was a tricky chain, and a very protracted process due to others in the chain, but Jessica kept us updated every step of the way. She really understood the stress of the situation and was genuinely delighted when we completed. A friendly company, from our very first contact they were great at responding and answering our questions.
We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Susan Hall to others. They were by far the best solicitors involved in the chain, even our estate agent was impressed!
