View this review on GoogleFollowing completion in August 2025, we had to make repeated requests for the completion documentation. The correspondence continued for several months, and a Completion Statement was ultimately emailed to us on 30 January 2026.
We were initially provided with a completion statement marked “DRAFT” and subsequently received a further draft containing changes. Despite numerous follow-ups by email, telephone and WhatsApp, we have had significant difficulty obtaining the final completion statement and clarification of a number of charges.
We have also recently requested supporting policy documentation required by our accountant, which has still not been provided.
Unfortunately, communication and follow-up throughout this process have been extremely disappointing, and the matter remains unresolved despite our repeated attempts to resolve it directly with the firm.
