I had been recommended them by family and friends and I am pleased to say they were superb.
As first time buyers, the prospect of buying a house can be very daunting. I am pleased to say that Rebecca and her team were 1st class in every department.
Rebecca immediately left an impression immediately when she offered to personally drop off some documents to our home during a busy period. While things like this are small, they are noticed and always remembered. It's details like these that set Rebecca and the service Stephen Rimmer provide apart from the rest.
Not only were they friendly, knowledgeable and prompt but they also showed a genuine interest in the process and never left us feeling we needed to chase for anything.
The communication between themselves, us and the estate agents was perfect. In every instance, whenever a question needed answering they were back within the hour. A true credit to them.
