I emailed Carla for a quotation. Her secretary was extremely helpful but the fees came in very high compared to two other quotes I received. I pointed out that I had heard great things about Steels and wondered if there was any movement on fees.
The solicitor responded with extremely passive aggressive tone and frankly childish offence. Do not recommend - shop around!
View this review on GoogleMy partner and I recently used Steels for the purchase of our first house. Heather was our solicitor and she was absolutely brilliant! It was a long process from start to finish that took about 9 months due to it being an old house we were buying and the sellers, along with their solicitor, becoming progressively more difficult as everything moved along. However, Heather stayed on top of it all, making sure progress was always made without having to be chased. She quite literally took care of it all which made the process so much less stressful than it could have been. She provided regular updates via email and phone and offered excellent advice when we needed it. I honestly couldn't fault Heather and the rest of the Steels team and would highly recommend them. We will definitely be using Steels again in the future.
View this review on GoogleHeather has looked after two sales now and from start to finish was extremely communicative, helpful and thorough. I would highly recommend using Steel's. Thank you Heather you made the whole process stress free!
View this review on GoogleHad to sell my late mum and dads home, Heather and Gillian were fantastic, so compassionate and helpful. We had a couple of legal issues with the sale but nothing was too much trouble for them to deal with and explain in an understanding way.
Thankyou so much
View this review on GoogleHeather did a brilliant job with the sale of our property. She communicated well and dealt effectively with a few challenges that occurred during the sale. I could not recommend her enough. After having nightmare sales in the past i would go back to steels again. Thank you Heather!
