We’ve used SME both times we’ve moved home. This time, Eoin acted on our behalf. Throughout the process Eoin was consistently quick to respond, kept us up to date, and was always willing to explain anything we didn’t fully understand. I would completely recommend Eoin to anyone in need of a conveyancer. We are extremely happy with the service provided by Eoin / SME.
View this review on GoogleMe and my husband have just purchased our first home and used SME as our solicitors. Eoin was very helpful and made the process of exchanging keys and contracts so much easier. This was my first time experiencing purchasing a home and it went very smoothly! 10/10 service from SME & would definitely recommend and use them again!
Thank you to Eoin and everyone at SME :)
View this review on GoogleLiz Stirk was absolutely wonderful looking after our home move. I have never had a property transaction go so smoothly. We really liked being kept up to date via the portal and we got personal updates at key times too. The whole SME team was really helpful and we would absolutely use them every time now.
View this review on GoogleLiz has been truly amazing from start to finish with the sale of my property and I would 110% recommend. Liz’s expertise, responsiveness, patience and kindness has been evident throughout. We truly couldn't recommend the service anymore!
View this review on GoogleI’m currently involved in a property purchase where SME’s commercial team are part of the chain. Unfortunately, they have been the single biggest cause of delay — we’re now approaching six months with very little progress.
All other solicitors and agents involved have expressed similar frustration at the complete lack of communication and urgency from SME. As someone who runs a commercial property company, I’ve dealt with many law firms over the years, and I can honestly say I’ve never seen such a lack of drive or professionalism.
The only positive is that I discovered this without being directly represented by them.
