View this review on GoogleI went in person to ask for an appointment as I live locally. Front door was locked even though it was 3.30pm on a Monday and the office hours state it is open weekdays 9am - 5pm. Knocked on the door and a man opened it reluctantly. He asked me what I wanted, so I explained that I needed legal representation for a motoring offence. He then proceeded to tell me he was busy working on "very important matters" and that mine was much too trivial a case for him to consider. He also somewhat smugly stated that he had never made such a motoring offence, as if that is relevant in any way. I thanked him for his time and quickly left, bemused that someone so rude, condescending and unprofessional could have paying clients.
