Communication with us was full and timely with rapid responses to our questions. Their investigations were thorough. This was the first time we have experienced conveyancing without a face-to-face meeting with our solicitor but it all went well and we fully recommend this team to others.

This is not an expensive service - negligible for most firms yet I received the utmost care and professional support from Ms. Liliana Tomasulo solicitor, which meant a lot. She was careful to protect us with indemnity cover to negate possible future claims for long standing works to the house. She gave us valuable and excellent advice that helped avoid penalties for late completion. A force for good, she was consistent and easy to understand. Our purchase was fraught with difficulty, complicated and at times frustrating. She remained calm, supportive and focused. You should use Spratt Endicott, and Karen if you want a first class service.

We’re WELL over 4 months into the sale of a house in London, our children are moving school and as we’re coming up to exchange, SE solicitors decide that they haven’t got enough information on our buyer (their client) so everything goes on hold with little / no information given as to why or when things may change - we were just left in the dark and are now being forced to re-market because we can’t get any information out of them. An entire chain of hopeful people have been let down and had their money wasted because of Maria’s/ SE solicitors inability to prove source of funds - a BASIC piece of due diligence in the legal process. Everyone knows the property buying system in this country needs reform, this lot confirm why.
