We used Southerns Solicitors to help us purchase our first home after they were recommended by family, and we honestly couldn’t fault them. From start to finish they were absolutely flawless.
They completed our house purchase in just 2 months and nothing was ever too much trouble. Communication was excellent throughout, everything was explained clearly, and they made what could have been a very stressful process feel easy and straightforward.
The whole team were professional, friendly and incredibly easy to deal with, always making us feel at ease. We would definitely use Southerns Solicitors again in the future and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property. Thank you again!
View this review on GoogleFantastic service from my initial phone call through to completion of the sale of my late mum’s house. All my questions and concerns were handled sympathetically and professionally and I was kept informed of progress regularly.
Thank you to everyone that I spoke with for their help and advice, particularly Marie, who made a difficult and frustrating process as easy as possible. I will definitely use them again when needed.
View this review on GoogleI have used Southerns Solicitors a few times now for sales of buy-to-let properties and recently have sold my residential home with them. I have always found them to be very fast and extremely good. Their prices are reasonable as well. Saniyah Majid was extremely patient when dealing with a difficult purchaser and resolving all issues to Completion. I will be using them again.
View this review on GoogleI had an excellent experience with Southerns Solicitors while dealing with my Help to Buy loan redemption. They were consistently helpful and efficient throughout the entire process.
The service really stood out when complications arose due to issues another firm caused with my property. Instead of leaving me in the dark, the team at Southerns took the time to explain in detail exactly what actions were required. They were kind enough to put my case on hold while I sorted out those external issues. Even after a long break, the hand-off to a new colleague was completely seamless, and they picked up exactly where we left off without missing a beat.
It is rare to find that level of transparency and consistency. I won’t hesitate to use Southerns again for any future legal needs; they will be my first port of call. Highly recommended.
