When we bought our house, we were looking for a Solicitor and were recommended SMR Solicitors by a neighbour. I am happy to say that we had a very positive experience. Our house purchase was handled by Ellie (a trainee Solicitor) who was very professional and always easy to get hold of. We had great communication with Ellie and the whole sale process was handled in a smooth and stress free manner. We would definitely use them again.

They made a difficult journey through a painful process easier with their warm friendly manner, and professional prompt response to every communication, I simply could not fault them. Sara is knowledgeable, patient and took the time to explain things clearly without wasting time. I felt reassured, supported and everything ran as smoothly as it possibly could. I felt her rates were also extremely fair and transparent.
I was introduced to SMR through their charitable works alongside St Wilfrids for 'make a will fortnight' and have been impressed with them both times I have used them. I will be using them for all my future legal needs including organising my Power of Attorney and have been recommending them to others - and will continue to do so - following the excellent service I recieved.
