Top rate, personal, efficient, and honest service from Stephen during our sale & purchase. Significantly more pleasant to deal with than our previous solicitor and all for a better price too. Unlike the other solicitors, it felt like our move was important to him, rather than I was taking time out of his day to contact him. More than happy to recommend!
View this review on GoogleExtremely helpful, Darren worked tirelessly to ensure my property purchase was completed. I received instant responses to all queries throughout the process. Would recommend to all family and friends.
View this review on GoogleI used Smith Sutcliffe solicitors when I was purchasing a property a couple of years ago, I was very happy with the services that they have rendered on my behalf, therefore I came back again early this year when I was purchasing another property , and again it has been a satisfying experience. I especially want to say a big thank you to Ms Helen Thomson, she always replied my emails promptly, explained to me with great patience everytime I raised a question. I will no doubt come back again in future and will recommend you to others !
View this review on GoogleI found Stephen Astin to be a very friendly and informative conveyancing solicitor in a protracted purchase in which the seller's solicitor appeared to be the cause of the delays.
View this review on GoogleHaving used Smith Sutcliffe for a number of years I can honestly not fault them. Debbie has looked after our family on numerous property sales and has always got the job done swiftly, professionally and kept us in the know as to what is going on. Helen has taken care of a recent transaction and again, faultless. Thank you Debbie, Helen & Co.
